Uxue Barkos says that 100 days of his Government "put an end to the executive blackout of the previous legislature"

One hundred days after taking office as president of the Government of Navarre, Uxue Barkos, accompanied by the two Vice-Presidents, presented the measures that the Executive has already set in motion. Actions "to serve the general interests of citizens" that attempt to "put an end to the executive blackout of the previous legislature". This is how the President described the inactivity into which the UPN plunged the Government in recent years which clashed with the extensive list of measures that have been launched in the last three months in Navarre. Specifically 214, 126 that have already been implemented and 88 that will come into force shortly, most of them included in the implementing agreement signed by Geroa Bai, EH Bildu, Podemos and Izquierda-Ezkerra and which have had a special impact, given the urgency of the situation, on the social needs of the most deprived, such as the 28 million earmarked to expand the income for social inclusion.

A set of measures so that, according to the president, they can start to have "the ambition to bring normality to several areas of Navarrese society", such as social, economic, political and cultural areas. "The desire for calm, peaceful, inclusive change with which we started the journey on July 23 is today a reality in terms of government action," said Barkos, who highlighted the "stability" of his government "regardless of the differences and tensions at times between the political groups that sustain it". In this regard, he wanted to express his gratitude to Geroa Bai, EH Bildu, Podemos and I-E for "the rigour, the seriousness and trust with which they are working with this government".
