Thousands of people attended Nafarroa Oinez 2011 in Tafalla to showcase the Basque language, “cultural heritage”
Thousands of people attended the XXXI Nafarroa Oinez in Tafalla to showcase the “cultural heritage” of the Basque Language. The event, organised by the Ikastola Garcés de los Fayos school, was held under the ‘Hamaika 11n‘ slogan.

This year's event sought to raise funds for a new building at the ikastola for the students in Compulsory Secondary Education. This will create more space in the current building which will then only be used for the children in Infant and Primary education.
