The 3rd Bilbao Dialogues focus on Latin America in September

In a year in which various countries in Latin America are celebrating the bicentenary of their independence, on 27 and 28 September the 3^rd Bilbao Dialogues will analyse the present and future of Latin America. This forum for discussion and debate between European and Latin American politicians and scholars will have a three-pronged approach in the 2010 edition: the regional integration of Latin America and its interaction with Europe; a new Latin American perspective on Europe; and Latin America within the 21^st century's new scenarios. On 28 September there will be a public lecture "The crisis seen from three different viewpoints in Latin America: Chile, Brazil and Mexico".
